Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer. Wascle is offering eligible trade customers a discount of up to £100 against their first waste collection (the "Offer"). The Offer is available until withdrawn by Wascle.
2. Trade customers only. The Offer is available to trade/commercial customers only. It is not available to homeowners, private individuals, or domestic-only collections.
3. Approval required. All applications are subject to approval by Wascle. Wascle may accept or reject applications at its discretion.
4. Proof required.

To apply, you must provide:

  • your company/trading name and business contact details;
  • a valid Companies House number (or for sole traders/self-employed, a UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) – or VAT number where applicable);
  • a website or social media link showing active trading; and
  • an estimate of expected usage (e.g., collections per month).

Wascle may request additional information to verify eligibility.

5. One per business. The Offer is limited to one redemption per business. It is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used with any other introductory offer unless agreed by Wascle in writing.
6. Booking window and availability. If approved, the first collection must be booked within 30 days of approval. Collection dates and times are subject to availability.
7. What the Offer covers.
  • The Offer applies to one (1) collection only.
  • The Offer applies to one pick-up location per booking.
  • The Offer applies to non-hazardous waste only.
  • If the total price of the collection exceeds £100, £100 will be applied as a discount and the remaining balance will be payable by the customer.
8. Excluded waste.

The Offer does not cover (and Wascle may refuse to collect) restricted, hazardous, or specialist waste, including but not limited to:

  • asbestos, chemicals, solvents, paints, oils, fuel, or other hazardous substances;
  • clinical waste;
  • liquids;
  • gas canisters, batteries, tyres;
  • WEEE/electrical items (unless agreed in writing);
  • any waste not accurately described at the point of quoting/booking.

If excluded waste is presented, Wascle may refuse collection and/or charge standard rates, additional handling fees, or a call-out fee where applicable.

9. Accurate description, access and safety.

Customers must ensure:

  • waste is accurately described at the time of application/booking (photos may be requested);
  • the collection point is safe and accessible at the agreed time; and
  • there is sufficient access for operatives to remove waste safely.

If waste differs materially from what was described, or access/conditions require additional time or labour, additional charges may apply and the Offer may be withdrawn.

10. Cancellations and failed access. If a booking is cancelled at short notice, or if our team cannot access the waste at the agreed time (e.g., no access provided, waste not ready, unsafe conditions), Wascle reserves the right to withdraw the Offer and/or charge a reasonable call-out fee.
11. Compliance and documentation. All collections are completed in line with applicable waste duty of care requirements. A Digital Waste Transfer Note will be issued following collection. Wascle may take before/after photos for compliance records and service delivery.
12. Marketing permissions. By using the Offer, you grant Wascle permission to use photographs or videos taken during the collection (including before/after images) for marketing purposes, including on Wascle's website and social media. If you require specific images to be excluded (e.g., sensitive locations), you must notify Wascle in writing before collection.
13. Misuse. If Wascle reasonably believes the Offer is being misused or eligibility has been misrepresented (including multiple applications to obtain more than one Offer), Wascle may withdraw the Offer, refuse service, and/or charge the collection at standard rates.
14. Changes to the Offer. Wascle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
15. Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
